We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic person to join our Production Control department.

The Production Control department deliver a high quality service to our manufacturing departments providing them with a production plan that is clear, achievable and unambiguous for each required part with a thorough understanding of their capacity and end customer requirements.

The Parts Management Coordinator - Production Control will be responsible for managing all parts within our Parts Management business system (Epicor), setting/maintaining new part demands and minimum stock values for race team locations, ensuing all events are supported with the correct stock levels and in line with the event build specification.

This role will ensure that delivery expectations are managed and communicated to and from events, working closely with manufacturing group leaders/procurement and trackside representatives to priorities critical parts through supply chain to meet shipment deadlines.

The suitable candidate should have:
• In-depth knowledge of ERP software in relation to manufacturing requirements
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Flexible approach to working hours

We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual to work within Vehicle Design at Red Bull Technology, within our Hydraulics Design Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of hydraulic component design within high level motorsport, however we can consider someone with precision mechanical design experience in another field of engineering.

As a Hydraulics Design Engineer with Red Bull Technology you will:

• Cover all aspects of Hydraulics Design, from clean sheet scheming to detail design of components and assembly tooling.
• Have the opportunity to suggest ideas and concepts and undertake R&D tasks
• Perform engineering calculations to determine the size of hydraulic systems
• Work with stress engineers to optimise the weight, stiffness and strength of our vehicles' hydraulics package.
• Provide rapid response to in-service issues seen either at circuit or on rig test dynos.
• Be confident of discussing your ideas and designs with colleagues in Vehicle Design, R&D Test, and Assembly teams.
• Recognise the importance of project planning and take ownership of your aspect of each project.
• Be prepared to be flexible in your approach to work, and you'll go the extra mile when required.
To fulfil this position you will need to have:

• A good engineering qualification and relevant proven experience.
• An understanding of hydraulics system theory and relevant manufacturing techniques and production processes.
• Excellent 3D solid modelling CAD skills (Siemens NX is desirable but not a pre-requisite)
• Excellent understanding of the application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

We are currently seeking an Electronics Test and Inspection Technician to join the Electronics Department.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Test, Inspection and documentation of the wide range of sensors, electronic components, assemblies and looms used on our F1 car and support equipment. You will also be required to maintain and operate our full range of test and inspection equipment including specialist rig equipment.  You will contribute to the design and development of future test and inspection techniques and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have

  1. Some experience working in either the motorsports industry at a suitably high level or the aviation industry in a similar capacity (Licenced Technician / Technician)
  2. A thorough basic understanding of electrical fundamentals and sensor theory and technology.
  3. Be computer literate with normal Microsoft office applications such as word/excel etc. and also be able to quickly learn and adapt to using the bespoke applications used within RBT.

Good communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to learn and adapt quickly are prerequisite for the role. The ability to work well as part of a team is an essential skill within Red Bull Technology.

We are seeking two highly motivated and industrious Senior Composite Event Support Technicians, with excellent organisational skills, offering composure under pressure and will to deliver to task, motivating those within the team.

These roles will lead two small teams within our Composite Event Support department primarily managing the capacity and ability to support the daily alignment to the ‘Production Control Schedule’, providing an authority to structural and cosmetic repair, as well as industry leading attention to detail and aero quality preparation. You will be responsible for highest level of component lifing/stock control and part traceability ensuring all business system accurately represent the departments output, and will lead our ‘Continuous Improvement’ culture programme, ensuring clean and effective linkage with the Manufacturing objectives and goals. The suitable applicant will enjoy a close working relationship with the travelling Composite Event and Ancillary Support Teams along with intimate liaison and partnership with the Manufacturing departments, Design, Inspection and Production Controllers.

Whilst responsible for the workshop productivity and alignment to plan, this role will still require a ‘hands on’ approach to daily tasks, and it will be the intention that this position leads by example rather than pure delegation.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge and experience of all areas of composites technology, with a good understanding of mechanical assemblies supporting systems. It is essential for this role to offer competent IT skills with the ability of manipulation and interrogation of CAD software being an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential along with a strong sense of self-motivation, exemplary time keeping and a focus on delivering results. The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude towards the working hours required to hit event deadlines.
